Healing doesn’t end when the pain lessens — it deepens.This 8-week online course is designed for individuals who have already begun their healing journey and are now asking: How do I keep going? How do I not fall back into old patterns?


This follow-up course is designed for individuals who have completed the Trauma-Informed First Responder Course.


In How to Maintain My Healing, we explore what it means to truly integrate healing into your daily life. Through a powerful mix of psychoeducation, somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, and narrative practices, you will learn how to shift from self-sabotage into self-mastery, deepen your connection with your emotions, and begin showing up for your future self with more clarity and authenticity.


Each week we gently unpack a theme to help you reconnect with your inner work and sustain your growth:
