In How to Maintain My Healing, we explore what it means to truly integrate healing into your daily life. Through a powerful mix of psychoeducation, somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, and narrative practices, you will learn how to shift from self-sabotage into self-mastery, deepen your connection with your emotions, and begin showing up for your future self with more clarity and authenticity.
Each week we gently unpack a theme to help you reconnect with your inner work and sustain your growth:
